One of my many current pleasures especially this time of year is bringing our dog Ellie to work, and the ability to take a break and walk her through the beautiful fall colors of peasant Ridge, Mi. Listening to music. Nothing but me, my dog, my music,my thoughts & the falling leaves. It was on one of these autumn walks today that I Learned of the passing of Ron Castorri, another one of the wonderful people who taught & supported me throughout my career. I think of the many hours I had the privilege of working with this very kind & talented man. His warmth and bright smile is already greatly missed. My Heart goes out to Mary Beth & the rest of Rons family & friends. As the 3rd anniversary of the closing of Postique/Griot is rapidly approaching, I cant help but be reminded of the many friends & mentors that have helped me get this far on my journey. People like Eric Maurer, Mike Diegel, Bryant Ewing, Jim Odea, Jeff Chapin, Dennis Kutzen, Cam Khoury, Randy LeMiuex, Steve Persin, Louis Lyne, Dan Busto, John Hathaway, Craig Duncan to name few. There has been a significant number of losses this year in out Advertising community. Please dont forget how many great & wonderful people around us. Please do what ever you can to support them & our great city.
