One of my son, Yuta , recieved an envelope yesterday from JICA(Japan International Cooperation Agency). It says that he passed the test and that they have decided to send him to Rwanda, Africa late Dec. He is going to help local rice farmers there with his accumulated skills in that field. The location he works at is 1.5 hour- drive from the capital or 20-30 min-walk from the last bus stop of a bus route. I would appreciate if you inform us of some helpful information about Rwand or introduce someone who is familiar with that area to us.
