One of our group members, Sally Brzys Hietanen, asked if there was a place we could put old recipes in this group so they are easy to find. We have a files section just under the group photo at the top of the page. There are currently two files there, one is the soos cookies recipe. It may seem a bit cryptic figuring out how to upload to this section for many users, so I am offering my services to put files in there myself on your behalf. THIS IS NOT FOR YOUR GRANDMOTHERS CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE, unless she owned a restaurant in town. This is for original or copycat recipes of things from our past, that are related to our town. Instead of searching this group for additional recipes I am calling on our members to forward what they have to me - CLINES CHEESEBURGER CHOWDER and DAVIOS SAUCE are two of the biggies I need. If you have variations on SOOS COOKIES that would be great as well. You can send me a message with the recipes using the facebook message system or you can email me directly at [email protected]. And yes, in the future, I would like to put other things of interest into this section, such as old maps and the like, so you can easily refer to things but for right now lets stick to recipes.
