One of the comments I read, hes telling THE TRUTH! as a white man, I see many blacks viewing me as bad. Like Im a slave owner. The first thing black children need to stop being taught is that they were slaves, and still are. If nobody tells you that you are not on a level playing field, you wont be. It really is that simple. You show them, their whole life, that white people want to keep them down??? What do you think will happen? They will think whites are bad, and have it buried in the back of their minds forever, and will be socially retarded. It never crosses my mind. I only wonder if people are good or bad. Not bad black or bad white....stop telling them they are less fortunate, as it will become true. Dont even mention it. They will grow up without a negative attitude, and be open to all, and will grow many friendships with all people of all races, and we can actually grow together, learn from one another, etc. Nobody says forget history, as the Native Americans surely will never forget, but blacks and whites have nothing to fight about. What happened in the past has nothing to do with me, or you. We werent there. We are perpetuating this for generations to come....Why? It isnt helping anyone by hating on one another for the sins of others. I look in to these babies big beautiful eyes, and realize, theres no way someone outside of their family told them this. I know, trying to let them know what they may face is the plan, but its backfiring and keeping a negative mindset, and crippling their growth. To hear the comment black is strength is as ignorant as this study. We are no different, so why state otherwise
