One of the great misunderstandings about teachers and streams of consciousness (such as Abraham) is that they are 100% relevant, 100% of the time. Once lightworkers catch onto the idea that darkness exists, that problems exist and must be faced to be dealt with, they have a tendency to dismiss wonderful streams of consciousness such as Abraham and other 100% light focused teachers. How about this... 1. We currently are in a system operating from the lower matrix - it is a temporary system (about 10,000 years) with a design that enables darkness to have more access to light consciousness. 2. This creates the experience over time that includes darkness manipulating humanity through the wounded soul fields of each other and our selves. 3. Through this we have facets of life and experience that are aligned beautifully with light or are easy to bring into alignment and others that doggedly run in dark and painful ways. 4. On the other hand there are streams of beautiful consciousness, teaching consciousness, light consciousness that are channeled into the human sphere in an effort to raise and expand consciousness. Each of these streams are targeting consciousness that is operating at a specific level. Each stream is pure light within itself, however cannot and does not pertain to all levels of this lower matrix system. So for example a stream such as Abraham that espouses not looking at darkness, (what you look at will expand), is not designed to focus on the areas where you are heavily tangled in wounding, instead it is targeting areas where you (for example) hold programming from childhood, but no real wounding - habit-based behaviour. Or where you have already cleared your wounding and just need some redirection. For that level of issue, all that is really needed is to take charge of your Point of Attention and direct it into what you choose rather than being in the programmed state of negative expectation. It does not matter that a particular stream of consciousness frames reality a certain way (with or without darkness, wounding, problems etc) if you can take on the awareness that this is a pure stream of consciousness that does not define all that exists in the human experience, rather may be useful as a stepping stone, then you can observe it to determine whether may be currently useful to you in any specific aspect of your life.
