Connie messaged me an update and asked me to share with all of you. Again, prayers and positive thoughts are greatly appreciated for the entire family: Kobe had his vagal nerve stimulator generator and IV port replaced today after 9 years. He did good without complications. He will be going home by ambulance where Ross, me and his home nurses can take care of him better than the PICU can and without exposing him to hospital bugs. Amy had an emotional breakdown Saturday from her past abuse and was admitted to an adolescent psychiatric unit 2 hrs from home on early Sunday morning. We are able to talk to her 3 minutes 2 times a day and visit her twice a week. We have not yet seen her. She is in many types of therapy and is doing her best to work hard to come home. She will be there 7 to 21 days.
