One of the greatest problems confronting the world, and indeed the church today is Unbelief. The world is emerged in struggles of war, poverty, and distress, not because God cannot save it but because it does not believe He can. The salvation package in Christ is capable of solving all of mankind problems. The church is today weaker not because the devil is stronger but because it is losing faith in its own foundation: The Gospel. In our daily changing circumstances the gospel of Christ remains unchanging. Yet it can change your circumstances if you believe in its reality. God is not an authoritarian; He desires to work with us. Our contribution as share holders in His kingdom business is faith--to believe in His word; in His works; in His promises; in His ability, and in His love. Today, not only the world, but even among the brethren, some people treat the Bible as though it were just another collection of historical facts. They fail to experience its reality, because they fail to believe in its reality. The scriptures today still work for those who walk and work with them, as they did for the believers of old/yesterday. If you want to see the active power of God in your life; in the life of your family, and ministry, then you must take every unit of the word of God, admit its reality and relevance.
