One of the main problems with the gene pool having no lifeguards on duty is, people having lots of allergies. Most people with serious allergies take it seriously and let people like me (cooks) know if they have any issues. This is a good thing. People who decide to inform staff halfway through a burger made with romesco sauce (protip.. Romesco is capsicum and almonds) that theyre allergic to nuts is wilfully ignorant to the point theyre putting their lives in danger. Im not responsible for your diet. You are. Im always happy to make food for people with special dietary restrictions if they just bloody ask.
