One of the many reasons Hemant Mehta is one of my favorite people. My wife is a Christian, and I am an agnostic atheist. I really enjoy my family despite our theological/metaphysical differences. My children do go to church when their mother goes. She feels stronger for her faith than I am against it precisely for the reasons Hemant stated. I would never BAN my children from belief. My primary concern is that they are happy, healthy and successful (by their definition not mine). The most important thing is critical thinking. If religion makes them happy, I will love them every bit as much.
