One of the many so-called miracle diet supplements out there. Crazy claims, crazy prices and they could end up being bad for your health, especially if you are taking medications or have an underlying medical condition (or are pregnant). These substances claim medical power but are registered as supplements because drug approval is very strict. Bottom line: if someone, who is not a nutritionist or a doctor is selling something (diet aid or vitamin supplements) that have health claims, be skeptical and ask an expert. Dont waste your money and dont risk your health. Herbalife, juice plus are just 2 examples. Also watch out because these Multilevel marketing schemes involve people selling the products to friends and family first. It can seem all very well but you often feel pressured and it can put strain on relationships.
