One of the most challenging things that all of us face in life is changing our perception about facts that are flawed after we invested so much time and energy in them. Over the years we have been told that a revolutionary is one who struggles against the system with the intent of overthrowing it.. It sounds cute but thats really coffee shop rhetoric. Its what people with funny mustaches talk about while drink $8 dollar lattes...They romanticize struggle..They embrace struggle as if its noble..Thats madness A true revolutionary is one who faces down a system and masters it. A revolutionary is one who takes the masters tools and becomes the master.. Sure folks like Huey, Marcus, Malcolm, Che, Ida, Harriet and Fannie did some good things in their day but they never beat the system. They struggled..The one who actually faced down the system and said F--k all this struggling BS and won is Barack Obama. Like the aforementioned individuals, he started out in the grassroots and ascended to become the most powerful man on planet earth.. If thats not revolutionary I dont know what is..If thats not beating the system I dont know what is... Obama is the master of this game...He redefined Revolution...
