One of the reasons you are not getting time to do ibadah is you are sleeping from fajr to dhohr. That time has barakah in it and you are missing it totally!! If you feel sleepy right after Suhoor it is because you ate a lot and now the entire blood is being utilised by your digestive system. Give it time. Sit for 20 mins and make dhikr and before you know it your sleep will be gone. Please do not sleep and waste this precious time. If you feel tired take naps of not more than 15mins. You will be shocked at the power of naps and how fresh you feel after them. Use your time wisely this Ramadan. Fast means to refrain and in this case it also means refraining from excessive sleep.
