Special Olympics 2k event tomorrow Published: Saturday, September 20, 2014 Cause An Effect in collaboration with the Special Olympics T&T organisation will host a 2km walk around the Queen’s Park Savannah from 8am, tomorrow. All interested persons can register at all Kenny’s stores for $50. Between this month and November 2015, Cause An Effect will raise awareness about disabilities through T&T’s Special Olympians. This campaign is intended to transform perspectives about disabilities by celebrating the athletes. Cause An Effect is a for-purpose, cause-related media and marketing company formed in May 2013. Cause An Effect has created content for other organisations including Horses Helping Humans, Families In Action, CyberSafe Ltd and LokJack GSB. Cause An Effect will also help Special Olympics T&T with their fundraising to take an 84-member delegation to Los Angeles next year for the Special Olympics World Games.
