One reason I love my Electric Smoker . . . Today, I grilled a pork steak, sauced, wrapped and placed in the smoker to tender it up and finish them. I also had thrown in some St. Louis style ribs. My own rub, no 3 2 1, just 5 hours in the smoker with hickory and apple wood chips. After I was certain they had plenty of wood for smoking, We took a drive to a little historic town near us and enjoyed reading and relaxing for a bit, finished with a nice fall drive and went home to a great meal. I fired up my new camp stove with the griddles and cooked some amazing fried potatoes.
