"One thing I’ve learned is that the hardest thing to do is the right thing, because even though the end result is rewarding it is a long and difficult journey to the end. On many days when you do the right thing, you will receive little to no support. It is like running a marathon and there is no one at the finish line waiting to give you a bottle of water.
