In 2004, 2baba was attacked by armed robbers who broke into his house, beat him up & stole his money and jewelries. He almost lost his life in the process but God saved him. In 2007, 2baba was attacked by hired assassins who shot him and his friend while he was on his way to FESTAC town. After undergoing surgery, about 22 bullets were recovered from his thighs. God saved his life. It was because of his glorious future that the enemies wanted to kill him but thank God they didnt succeed. After those rough moments, you all know 2babas story today. After winning several awards, building his own record label along with so many endorsement deals, by Gods grace, he is one of the richest artistes in Africa today.
