One valuable lesson that Ive learned along my journey is that when youre working on becoming successful people will treat you differently. Not because you have changed who you are; your values and personality can remain the same but your priorities are what change. Everybody wants to be in first place, people only accept and respect second place b/c thats where they land. For those who dont, or are not willing to accept and respect that they are second to your priorities are most likely the ones who will hold you back and/or treat you differently. So, continue to let your circle become smaller, those are the people who think like you and have the same hunger for success. Dont try to put your hands in every little thing you see. Pick a couple things youre good at and what holds the most significance and youll be fine - HM2 Les Holley told HA Holloway that in 2008, HM2 is still listening Chief.
