One vendor is royally creating nonsense. The also have a theory that I am not allowing them to work. I am so confused as I am thinking that I am trying to help them by telling them what they need doing. The complete top management from the vendor organisation has been engaged with me for more than half of this year so far. The only guy (one person) from the vendor organisation who is trying his heart out is the guy right at the bottom. Though he has severe limitations, he is very honest and is working 24 * 7 with a huge smile on his face. The vendors have now found that possibly they cannot get rid of me (I would be more than happy to be out of this misery). So, they proposed that they will replace the guy right at the bottom. I am learning so many management tricks. I will have so many stories to tell my grandchildren.
