One way to re-frame a situation that may be a challenge is to state the outcome differently. The next time you catch yourself saying or wondering to yourself ... if I can do ... restate it with ... how do I do .... Changing your focus from IF to you can do it, to HOW you can do it changes your thinking. You expand the scope of your thinking. Its a completely different question to yourself and will lead to solutions instead of fear. Take small steps and that will help come up with doing tasks that keep you moving in a forward direction.
