One week today I started on a path that I hoped would lead me to a healthier life style. I wanted to start an exercise program and I also wanted to lose weight. So I started...one step at a time...one meal at a time...and at the end of Week One I am proud to say I am walking 30 mins a day (and Jim says that is a brisk walk, not a stroll!) and I am watching what I eat.....the Result after one week....9 lbs down!!! yeah Me!!!
