One year ago today , I was coming out of emergency surgery for acute pancreatitis and gallbladder stones, I was sick in and out of consciousness and heavily sedated on pain meds. I can honestly say that this was the greatest gift in my life, from this experience, I said goodbye to traditional medicine, and healed my leaky gut and body with nutrition, probiotics and following a strict Auto Immune Protocol Diet ( no dairy, no grains, nuts, night shades , legumes or sugar ) One year, one baby, one c section , one gallbladder removal and one life changing decision to change my life and heal. Ive lost 70 lbs since the birth of my son a year ago, and Ive finally healed myself! My before ( sick) and after ( New Years Eve and healthy)
