One year ago tonight, Jan Crawford Henley made the decision to sign up with Younique. She told me that she had no intention of making this her primary focus and that she would only do this for her family and close friends. Next thing I know, Jan has a huge team, she is one of my top rockstars and I have to say, I am loving watching her grow bigger and bigger in the company. Im really glad her plan to stay little didnt pan out!
