Ones you have the skills and the talents, your demand for employment is higher with lots of benefits, you wont always be a job seeker, but you be a job creator and self employed. Is time Africans we give up our silly mentality sitting in the classrooms for many years seeking for book knowledge, learning how to read, and write very good English grammar, French and other European languages. And after we graduate we are awarded with piece of certificates in our hands, we then dressed up like whites, wearing suits and tie with coat,going around speaking big English grammar and vocabulary, begging for jobs with low salaries and we proud we have achieved something big in life. We cant produce nothing, we only good in consuming. If you spend all the years in school and graduate just with book knowledge, read and write, speak good English and other western languages, without no skills then is wasted years in classroom. You gain nothing.why do we allow our enemy( the whites race) who hates see the black man progress to educate our kids? What education do you expect them to teach our kids? Nothing but brainwash. Lets train our young ones who are the future leaders, to acquire skills knowledge, put them into technical, IT and vocational institutions, let them study through practicals and gain some skills, to be creative and graduate for the benefits for themselves and the nation,towards national developments.To be nation builders not dependents on the nation. History has taught us that Africans are talented and skillful people, but the modern generations, we ignore our natural talents and chasing for book knowledge and the so called white colored jobs. The Asians are rapidly developing faster due to their skills knowledge and talents. Africans we only boast of out natural resources, but yet got no skills and ideas how to positively exploit our resources for the betterment of our nations and our people, we have to always rely on the Asians and whites to come and exploit and manage our resources for us, and they take away the bigger (portion) percentage and give us the surplus or the lower percentage. We need to change our mindset and mentality of thinking if we want positive change in Africa and for the black people.
