Online Client Ryan expertly demonstrating the Greenhorn Curl. Sit on the edge of a bench with your feet together. Hold the dumbbell with your pinky tight up against the bottom of it. Hammer curl the weight keeping it close to your chest and with the dumbbells almost touching. Lower the weight and repeat. I have no data on this but in theory you should recruit more of your Brachialis and the Biceps Brachii (part of the upper arm). This part of the arm.
