Only 16 years in prison...? This low life scum bag needs the death penalty... I think it is time to expand the death penalty. This act done by this piece of scum deserves the death penalty. You cant possibly rehabilitate the kind of brain he has. And speaking of brains, how in Gods name could the mother of that baby ever, ever be allowed to have children... After all SHE PICKED that low life to be part of that babies family.
