Only 5 days left to order the commemorative t-shirts for the Candlelight Vigil to get them shipped in time to wear on December 27 to honor and remember the 7340 pets who died in 2014 at ACS because they ran out of time - with no foster, rescue or adoption to save them. We need to stand together in remembrance and to increase awareness in the community that everyone is ultimately responsible for these deaths because of not spaying/neutering their pets, irresponsible pet owners who allow their pets to roam freely around the neighborhoods or worse abandoning them when they become inconvenient. These deaths did not need to happen if the parents of these pets were not left to breed indiscriminately and their puppies/kittens abandoned to fend for themselves and who continue the breeding cycle over and over again! We need to send a message that the city, ACS and the community need to come together to stop this vicious cycle of birth and death. Please join us at this vigil and help get the message out to the public!
