There are approximately 200 federal agencies making 1000s of rulings every year and costing hundreds of billions of dollars. Any presidential administration can badly damage or destroy companies, organizations, and individuals by targeting them because of their political opposition. The federal agencies have become extensions of the party in power which use the IRS, EPA, OSHA,NSA, ATF, FDA, FTC, and others as convenient to harrass opponets.
