Only an Idiot who doesnt consult will take a referral hospital to Londiani, why vote hunt with such a project?, already kericho and kapkatet have better structures and infrastructure to handle patient spillovers and influxes, kericho has several airstrips to handle emergencies, kapkatet has an MTC to churn out trainees, the best place to have the referral is between kco and kapkatet, come up with legislation to compel the tea estates to donate 10 acres for the same, we dont need 100 acres, this is not an irrigation nor a Sweet potato ( robwonik) project.
