Its purpose is to train members of Samsung Electronics participating in various positions which includes new recruits, R&D experts, international recruits and so forth, to become creative leaders through distinguished yet rigorous programs. The training center is mainly divided into three buildings as educational building, lodging building, and multi-purpose building. Along with the architectural concept representing ‘Beyond’ and the geographical location of the training center that coexist with nature, the interior was constructed to reflect these themes and characteristics by upbringing sensitivity beyond digital, as well as bringing nature within the training center. Educational building is constructed under the theme of nature by expressing light, shadow, sand, rock, and wind at each level. Moreover, to eliminate the dullness and monotony space, a ‘Wowpoint’ space is built. Moreover, recreational facility is designed to allow the trainees to share their experiences of learning and to be inspired. The theme of the lodging building is ‘Culture Crush’, which represents the coexistence of various cultures.
