Only in Massachusetts.... Today, going to Boston with a passenger, I was waiting to get in the H.O.V. lane (should be two or more in car) when a car with only the driver in it cuts me off to get in the lane. I figure, OK, hell get his when the STATIE at the entrance bags him. We get to the entrance and he breezes right in. Why? Because the cop at the entrance was to busy talking on his phone (in the car, mind you) to do his job. If we are not going to police the lane, we should just leave it open for anyone to use instead of paying a cop (perhaps at time and a half) to NOT do his job. Just sayin...
