Only in Travis County can a governor be indicted for THREATENING to use his veto power (a power given to him by the state constitution). Of course, I should not be surprised as liberal judges dont often bother reading the constitution. If threatening a veto was truly an indictable offense, every governor in the history of Texas would be guilty.
