Funeral Date: 10/7/2014 Obituary: John Bernard Frazer, III, age 52, of Lake Village, Arkansas died Saturday, October 4, at Chicot Memorial Hospital. He was born June 28, 1962 at Dallas, Texas a son of Maribeth Moore Frazer and John B. Frazer, Jr. both of Warren, Arkansas. He received his education in the Warren Public Schools, held a BS degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and was a Certified Public Accountant. He was a former examiner for the Arkansas State Bank Department, a former Trust and Investment officer for Warren Bank and Trust Company and was a staff member of P. E. Barnes Lumber Company of Hamburg, Arkansas while maintaining a CPA Practice. John was a member of the Donald W. Reynolds YMCA and the First Presbyterian Church of Warren. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing and his recently acquired duck camp. Survivors in addition to his parents is the love of his life Cynthenia “Cindy” Avinger, Lake Village, Ark; a son Walker Heird, Yokata AFB Japan, 2 brothers Lewis Moore Frazer and spouse Corinne, Wellesley, Mass. and Thomas Frazer, Warren, Arkansas; 2 nephews Mastin Derby Frazer and Race Lee Frazer both of Warren, Arkansas; 3 nieces Olivia Grace Frazer and Madeline Moore Frazer both of Wellesley, Mass. and Rivers Hope Frazer, Warren, Arkansas. In Johns own Words “Let it not be said that I forgot to live”. Funeral services 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 7, at First Presbyterian Church, Warren. Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home and Adam B. Robinson. Visitation 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, October 6, at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Memorials Preferred to the Donald W. Reynolds YMCA, Randall Herring, Executive Director, 207 North Main Street, Warren, Arkansas 71671.
