Open Floor Plan Seasonal Unit This year Ocean View Trailer Sales has open floor plan Chariot Eagle Park Models for larger Seasonal sites in Ocean View Resort. The kitchen, adjacent living room, and Florida room area is combined into a single, large gathering space where family members and guests can interact during the entire course of a visit. We are currently setting one of these units with a 12 foot wide Florida room on site T-176. This site is a beautiful large perimeter site in the back corner of Trails End. It is very rare that corner perimeter sites become available in Ocean View Resort. The last camper at this site was a Season camper for over 20 years. The below video shows the general open floor plan of the new larger units. The unit that is available on T-176 features a one and a half bath as shown in the video; however, the unit on T-176 has a bunk bedroom in the front, unlike the one shown in the video.
