Open Heart Now is all there is, always. Stay centered in the NOW by remaining in your heart. From this perspective you can see the true reality that love is all there is. When you are not feeling love, it is YOU that has restricted the natural flow. Wisdom comes forth from your Soul. True understanding and compassion flow, like water down a stream. Be sure to not dam it up with judgment. Conviction for one’s well-being will ensure that you keep your heart open at all times. To close one’s heart is to shut down one’s truth.
