Open letter to Honourable #ThamsanqaMahlangu This is an open letter to you as the Member of Parliament for #Nkulumane Constituency. As a resident of Nkulumane i strongly believe in leadership accountability given the recent revelations of leaders abusing authority as examplified by Happyson Muchechetere and Cuthbert Dube, not that i place youb in the same paradigm as the mentioned. Honourable i have questions that seek your attention and my letter will be in three parts 1; Youth Situation 2.Women and Widows plight 3. Socio Economic development of Nkulumane. i write purely in a developmental note. 1. Youth situation: It is your second term in office but however the youth situation still remains the same. Unemployment is high, youth deliquency remains unsolved, young people with business ideas continue in frustration without support and even attendance lacking audience local leadership. Youth dignity has beed eroded as young people continue to be housed in parents houses without hope of attaining residential stands and even commercial stands to sustain themselves andf their families. Our young people that illegally emigrated to neighbouring countries want to come back home but with no hope economic engagement they remain embeciled in foregn homes.Given the plurality and horde of youth challenges, Honourable what are you planing for the youth? What is your plan to reduce youth unemployment? How do you envisage to support young people that want to venture into business? Socio Economically, whats the plan on enhancing youth dignity so that they attain stands (commercial and residential). Whats the way forward Honourable? we need answers! In your response please do not give us political rhetoric, we need practical answers so that our lives can be made better and Nkumane can be betterly developed.
