Opening for People Strategy Operations role in Sapient People Strategy team Position: Senior Associate People Strategy Qualification: M.B.A. (HR.) or equivalent degree in Human Resources Experience Details: 3-5 yrs of industry experience Job Location: Gurgaon Core Job Responsibilities: STRATEGIC PARTNER • Work with People Strategist BU Lead to present the BU picture to the business. • Analyze the trends across a BU and presents to the People Strategist BU Lead • Initiate process improvements on a regular basis. • Work with respective BU to Implement the Performance cycle, manage queries and escalations. • Create Score Card, trend analysis, manager risk assessment; conceptualize dashboard design to be presented to BU Lead. EMPLOYEE CHAMPION • Facilitate Manager Connect forums • Share feedback with Leadership & facilitating action on issues/ highlighting high risk individuals • Grievance handling. • Handle disciplinary and integrity issues. • Carry out Pulse checks (to measure employee satisfaction level). • Manage all kind of escalations. CHANGE AGENT • As a People Strategist: provide feedback on organizational changes for better buy in. • Enable BUs to embrace change from people perspective.
