Opening statements are underway in the Pedro Bravo trial. Brian Kramer with the State Attorneys Office said, This is about the elimination of a rival fueled by jealousy, hatred and anger. He also presented photos of where Aguilars body was found. The prosecution said investigators found duct tape next to his foot--and that Aguilars wrists were bound to his neck with the tape as well.
