Operations Coordinator The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of the Retention Plan for the companys Poker and Casino. The position will entail hands-on operational work with platform providers on ongoing campaigns and protocols, as defined with the CRM managers for Casino and Poker. This is an intensive position that requires exceptional organization capabilities as well as excellent skills in motivating people and processes both internally and externally. At a later stage, as the department expands, the Operations Coordinators may report directly to one of the CRM Managers (either Casino or Poker) and work exclusively on an offering/brand level. Job description: · Oversee the execution and analysis reporting of the Retention Plan · Compile campaign briefs and manage their execution · Establish an Operations calendar and time schedules · Ensure all campaigns and promotions are executed on time and according to plan · Validate all outgoing communications · Coordinate between CRM Managers and Execution Teams, both internally and externally · Be the point of contact for ongoing status of CRM marketing communication pipeline · Ensure all marketing complies with all applicable gaming regulations and legislations · Ensure all marketing complies with all brand guidelines · Effectively communicate the promotional roadmap, ensuring consistency of communication and that relevant internal/external teams are properly briefed on mechanics, amounts and timings · Prepare and send regular communications to entire database and targeted marketing to specific groups of players within the database Requirements: · 2 years of experience with executing complex customer communication strategies in the gaming sector or as an account manager from advertising agency- must · Familiarity with Automated Customer Retention Tools & ESPs · An understanding of Poker/Casino products and games · Understanding of brand positioning and advertising · Passion for gaming and maximizing player value (LTV) · Detail conscious and highly organized · Ability to work independently and with short deadlines · Excellent Communication & presentation skills · Assertive and motivating with proactive attitude · Willingness to work flexibly (both with USA teams and Israel) and in a fast paced environment [email protected]
