#Opinion By Dr. Daniel Kandagor IN SEARCH OF A LEGACY #BARINGOCOUNTY Many of our politicians in Baringo County fail in service delivery because they do not appreciate that communication is a momentous, never-ending task. The ability to communicate and bond with the voters is a powerful and indispensible instrument that can make every politician to succeed. Good politicians and promising have been destroyed due to lack of ability to communicate clearly and properly with the county clientele. Failure to communicate by our politicians and interpersonal- communication has more than often resulted in waste of resources, inefficiency, frustration and misunderstanding and lack of smooth running of our county.
