Opinion: The problem is, everything has become monetized! Even child care. Remember the saying it takes a village to raise a child? Well the village is now too concerned with self preservation . We have been bred into economic slaves, and the master we serve is MONEY. So what we THINK is self preservation has actually become WORSHIP! Getting money is the new religion, therefore we as people can no longer hope to do jobs that we really enjoy, because the fact is WE NEED JOBS! So the CARE has been taken out of us for one another. People to busy helping themselves to help one another, or to actually CARE for someone else. Even tho that little voice in our heads tells us that we should be, could be doing something different to make a change. Rules, regulations, and schedules forbid, because no one has time to truly care anymore. And these police officers who are bound by law and desensitized to violence, sympathy, and empathy because their jobs have turned them into robots, they are doing a job that is supposed to be a service to the people, that causes them to go against their conscience (the spirit of care). Like it says in the bible you cannot serve two masters. People need to realize that we are all one and that universal law is the true law! And consciousness needs to replace religion. That way once we see the value in each other, we can stop senseless killings like this, or at least have the faith to stand up and take arms against the master manipulators who are working towards a truly military policed state of control. I digress.
