Opinions????????? I have screamed this was bullshit for YEARS.....cops bust in your house...they are after some weed that your kid has bought in an undercover deal that YOU DONT KNOW IS THERE, or , like ALSO happens, they just have the WRONG house....you pull a gun and shoot not knowing they are cops or ASSUMING they are LYING and are home invaders since YOU KNOW beyond a DOUBT you are 100% INNOCENT of ANYTHING that would justify cops busting in your house....then even though you are INNOCENT of ALL wrongdoing, your NATURAL INSTINCT of self defense then BECOMES the chargeable offense....OR WORSE, just cause for them to facilitate you leaving in a body bag...you WILL be OUTNUMBERED after all...even if you CAN shoot the fart out a gnats ass at 40 feet, yo ass is dead. No. There needs to be ONE SET of rules. If cops can kill over I felt my safety was threatened then that should apply to EVERYONE. This legislation needs to go NATIONWIDE. How much you want to bet if it DOES, it will RARELY apply....just the fact that it is there will likely stop most errors......
