Opinions are welcome on this thought. I am approaching my 36th Birthday. Yes I am not afraid to tell my age:-) I am an introvert and observer. Unless I am in my creative environment making things and taking pictures. Then I am out of my shell because I am confident in that world. The more self aware I become, the more I notice how mean people are to each other, purely because we might not understand where each person is coming from culturally, environmentally, emotionally….. We are we as humans so unkind to what we do not understand or comprehend. I am far from being a hippie and not into new age doctrine, but I do long for a world where everyone would respect and be kind to other human beings. I do not think people have to earn respect and love. I think that is a crock of crap. Sorry, but it is. So then why do people spend so much of their day trying to make themselves look good at others peoples expense. This happens all day long with every age group. I know I cannot be the only one that observes this. I am not perfect and have at times said or typed things and I know why I have done it. I look back and I was trying to protect myself and keep peoples perceptions of me on truth, but in retrospect it always back fired. So less of those posts have appeared on my page over the last year. I decided if people want to believe what they hear from 2nd and 3rd parties over just meeting me and making their own conclusion, that is up to them. I cannot control anyones views of me. Does this make me an emotional woman, no. If a man posts similar posts about why and how he runs his business a certain way, would you react in the same way to him as me. I do see a difference. That is another subject all together. However I am sick of woman being seen as this overly emotional whacked out hormonal scary creature thing to steer clear of. It is not a negative to be a woman. Just like I think it is not negative to be a man either. They bring balance to the world too. Okay so this whole post is kind of long and may be too deep for Facebook, but my thoughts for the day:-)
