Options Andrew Hedges Big thanks to everybody for all the congratulations on my success in California this past weekend... It was a lot of hard work, Im proud that it paid off and I was able to bring the heavyweight championship home to Windsor. Extra special thanks to Shihan Norm Rivard for the training strategy, and Senseis Mike Carter and Cliff Poulton for enduring endless rounds of stop n drops and pad work for the last 6 or 7 weeks. Also special thanks to everybody training at KIHON; without bad dudes to train with week after week, the clubs continued success at these competitions would be impossible. Finally, thanks to everybody in my personal life for supporting me and being patient with the foul tempers that can often accompany crushing weeks of intense preparation! OSU!
