I made the meat loaf muffins and instead of using bell peppers I shredded the onions and cabbage in my food processor. .let me just say... it was deeeeeelish!! I added my own spices and herbs and instead of bread crumbs, I crumbled up the wasa whole grain crackers.. garlic powder, tomato paste (homemade) l, and an egg. Definitely loved it.
