Oracle E-Business Suite R12 - HRMS Track –Techno/Functional Resource required to work in UAE · 8+ years Oracle e-Business Suite techno/functional experience. · Must be technically proficient and functionally knowledgeable in Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules HR, SSHR, Payroll, iRecruitment, Learning Management and performance managementincluding knowledge of the underlying data model as well as basic process and data flows etc. · At least 3-6 complete end to end cycle of oracle R12 Projects modules implementation experience. · Good working experience of building extensions to oracle applications R12 using oracle applications coding standards. · Good working experience of Oracle Forms10g, SQL, and PLSQL. · Good working experience of oracle application object library (AOL). · Good working experience of developing reports using oracle reports and XML/BI Publisher. · Working Experience of Oracle Workflow builder. · Adhere to development standards, processes, guidelines and procedures including SDLC and Oracle A.I.M. Methodology. · Good working knowledge of OA Framework Personalization/Customization will be considered as added value. · Good Oracle database knowledge · Ability to multi-task and interpret business and technical requirements. · Develop and support custom extensions/interfaces · Fluent in English language.
