Oral history has it, that the nucleus of the Ga(D)-Dan-gmes (Gadangme) originated in Goshen, and arrived in the Gold Coast via an early route which started immediately in Upper KMT and KSH. In KSH, they settled in the Gonder Province where the Blue Nile originates. This is where they get the name NAI WULOMO meaning High Priest of the Nile. The ancestors of the Ga-Dangmes comprising in the main direct and partial Descendants of the two tribes of Gad and Dan found the La Nimo Kingdom, also kushite descent via the Royal Linage of king Ayi Kushi. Nummo Gbelenfo 2013 speaking on Radio Gadangme asserted, that the Gadangme people were led by Wulomoei (High Priests) from Israel to their present abode in Ghana.
