Orange Juice Cake This is a wonderful moist cake that I make many of at Christmas time. Its also very easy and pretty to give as gifts! Cooking time: 50-60 mins. Ingredients 1 box yellow cake mix (butter recipe) 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup oil 4 eggs 1/2 cup nuts (pecans recommended) GLAZE: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1 stick butter, melted Method Grease and flour bundt pan or spray it down good with butter flavored cooking spray. Pour chopped nuts evenly on botton of bundt pan. Mix remaining cake ingredients and pour over nuts. Bake at 325 for 50 to 60 mins. After cake is finished baking make holes in top and then pour glaze over. Let stand for 30 minutes before turning onto plate. GLAZE: Bring the 3 ingredients for glaze to a boil, pour over hot cake. Let stand for 30 minutes before removing from pan to plate.
