Orange apparently is not the new black update.....Judge Hope Schwartz Zimmerman, Supreme Court Nassau County after 10 years finally issues and Order finding Claudia Deshuk ex in contempt and to arrive today, July 2, 2014 to court to either turn himself in for incarceration or purge his contempt by paying a certain large sum of money. This order was issued over a month ago. Upon arriving ..to our shock the sperm doner was their with new counsel. Obviously he was a bit prepared as he had removed his gold teeth in preparation for incarceration....we certainly would have been shocked if he came up with the money.....court was quite empty....lawyers in back room discussing payment etc...I notice clerk...he tells someone judge is not here..on vacation..WHAT????? I mention to Claudia...no judge???!!!! We discover that order of commitment all ready to go..mention to her counsel no judge..oh, duty judge will do it... REALLY.... some ludicrous over to give Claudia the $20,000 that she already has a lien on and/or sell the time share..SELL TIME SHARE..um..not only has she been the only one paying it for 10 years..the judge has awarded it 100% to her already so ..no cant give he what she already owns....gee how about the trucks you stole or the property in El Salvador.....lawyers come back out....August 7..next date..why? JUDGE ON VACATION...this witch gives a court date and isnt here!!! ANOTHER FINE EXAMPLE OF WASTING TIME..NO JAIL AND GETS A MONTH REPRIEVE//PAYS NTHING AGAIN!
