Orange client service sucks! You need to go through a huge labyrinth of typing keys 1,2,3 etc. until you reach an operator. Afterwards you find out that the operator does not have enough autonomy to help you solve your problem. The operators just have a few options that they can use to help you! Orange please learn from Zappos or other great customer service companies! Any ideas of good networks that I can use in Romania?
