Oregon legalized Marijuana, which leads me to believe that the movie Reefer Madness was nothing more than government propaganda & Paranoia. Smoking the marijuana cigarette apparently does not drive you insane. --One of the benefits that Washington received when they legalized marijuana was the influx of money from outside the state. Unfortunately we wont see that from California since the border is a barren wasteland similar to Mordor - completely void of human habitation. At least Portlanders wont have to drive over the river now.
